REPAIR MATERIAL AND LABOR WARRANTY COVERAGE
C2 Operations LLC repair warranty covers all materials installed and labor performed for 3 months from date of install (unless specified). A manufacturer’s warranty is typically available with most materials. All labor performed is warranted that it was installed professionally and according to the manufacturers recommended specifications.
MATERIAL AND LABOR WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER
C2 Operations LLC warranty does not cover any material or labor in areas or on material beyond area of repair. It does not cover any subsequent damage beyond the installed or labor performed. It does not cover any material or labor performed that was damaged by natural disasters, acts of god, animal intrusion, or lack of maintenance.
C2 Operations LLC will remediate water infiltration due to result of workmanship error or problems from date of installation on areas labor was performed. Remediation is limited to immediate area impacted. Drywall patch and prime is included. Paint and trim is excluded. Additionally, C2 Operations LLC must be notified in writing within 72 hours of discovering a leak to properly assess remediation in a timely manner. Subsequent and consequential damage is excluded.
NEW ROOF MAINTENANCE
While most home owners believe a new roof is maintenance free, that is not the case. Roof systems are similar to new cars in that both have moving parts that require routine maintenance. Periodic maintenance is required on all roofs, new and existing. At a minimum, semiannual roof inspections should be performed and documented. During inspection, condition of sealants, coatings, and roof components must be evaluated for record. All debris shall be removed from the roof and gutter or drainage system.
ROOF SERVICE MAINTENANCE
C2 recommends regular maintenance on both new and existing roofs. Newly installed C2 Operation roofing systems need regular maintenance every 2-3 years to maintain system warranty. For older roofing systems, C2 Operations offers a roof service maintenance package starting at $750. The intent of the roof maintenance is to assess and service all moving parts of the roof. C2 will inspect the shingle roof, seal all exposed fasteners, vents, pipes, penetrations and flues. We will replace or reseal pipe collars as needed, furnish and install up to 10 shingles to repair damaged/blown off tabs, and clean up, magnet sweep area and dispose of debris.
