C2 Operations provides roofing, window, door, siding, gutter installation and repair services throughout Loudoun, Clarke, & Winchester, Virginia. The company was founded by United States Marine Corps Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran Christopher Cicotello, MBA, US Marine Corps 1998-2003, Tactical Air Control. When Chris returned home after serving, he transferred his skillset from the Marine Corps to the civilian equivalent in the construction industry. Therefore, like the Marine Corps, C2 Operations is committed to excellence and precision at every level, so their quality craftsmanship will satisfy even the most discriminating taste.
Beyond a high caliber of skill and impeccable craftsmanship, what is the key to C2’s consistently successful projects?
Chris tells Purcellville Living,
“Suitability of client/contractor relationships is imperative for successful projects. We will never be ‘the low bidder,’ and in some cases, understand not every prospective client will be able to benefit from our services. Those that contract with us, however, are assured to receive unparalleled service and an impeccable product. We have a militaristic sense of quality control that is apparent with each project.”
Their work also reflects that fact that for C2 Operations, each project is personal.
“Honesty and integrity are core principles for how we operate; we want to do what is right for our customers,” says Chris.
What advice does Chris have for those in the market for a new roof?
“Beware of storm chasers or companies that only work with insurance. Storm chasers are the ones knocking on your door telling you they can get you a new roof for free through your insurance. It is never what it seems, and the quality always suffers. Don’t be bullied into a contract, make sure you weigh your options and find what is best for your home.”
C2 Operations is very active in our community. They sponsor local swim teams, sports clubs, Habitat for Humanity, and more. In addition, C2 is dedicated to creating jobs that support Loudoun County residents, and networks heavily with other local Loudoun small businesses.
